Breathe 04:03
’m coming in hot I’m cutting it closer than I thought Blood starts to flow heart pounding senses overload All that I see Is shaded in red and I believe Conspiracy Everyone’s coming after me Don’t speak... Just breathe Just breathe with me Just breathe and count to three I’m coming back down I’m cooling off quicker as I count But I’m feeling shame Wonder if I can shift the blame But it falls back on me Pressure is building up beneath The surface again Filling my sight with shades of red No, not again... Just breathe Just breathe with me Just breathe and count to three I cant ever sense When all of those feelings creep back in Don’t shut them out They can be good to have around If they’re under control If they’re not weighing down your soul You know what to do When your feelings all take control of you What can you do? Just breathe Just breath in deep Just breathe in count to three

Fingertips 03:20
Well I really did it today I succumb to all of my rage It only took my fingertips To see l needed to change So I’ll go and find somebody to talk to If I have to, I’ll take all of their drugs So I can come back home a renewed man To a family clearly in love We both know that it’s nothing new It’s not just an instance or two I shouldn’t have to hurt myself To see that I’m hurting you So I’ll go and find someone to talk to If I have to, I’ll take all of their drugs So I can come back home a renewed man To a family dearly beloved I thought it was bitterly sweet When you gave me all of your keys Cause I figured it would be for good When you asked me to leave So I’ll go to find someone to talk to If I have to, I’ll take all of their drugs So I can come back home a renewed man To a family clearly in love

Presence 04:07
I can't outrun your ghost Footsteps drawing close Legs are growing weak I stop to catch my breath Fearing you won't rest Or stop til you catch me What would you do if you got a grip on me? Would I slip right through your hands? What would you say if you had the chance to speak? What are your demands? Or will you haunt me till the day I die Will you still haunt me every day and night? I can't relive the past Although I can relapse You've made you're presence clear What I cannot see Still holding on to me Blinding me with fear I can't outrun your ghost Little did I know Your ghost was bound to me I can't relive the past But I can still relapse If I don't set you free Will you haunt me Every day and night Will you still haunt me Til the day I die Will you haunt me Every day and night You will haunt me Until I let you die

Passerby 03:45
Each day we pass by people Who we’ve never met before Our lives intersect and then We pass by several more But never give a damn About the stories in their lives These beautiful vignettes I like to make up in my mind We all lead different lives These stories help me understand It’s not about who’s good and bad But how we are alike We don’t all make the same mistakes But we make them all the same We all tell different lies To justify our lives Each day we pass by people And we barely nod our head We go about business Then we lie indifferent beds But never give a damn About the impact of their lives On this beautiful vignette Somehow we manage to survive We all lead different lives These stories help me understand It’s not about who’s good and bad But how we are alike We don’t all make the same mistakes But we make them all the same We all tell different lies To justify our lives Each day we pass by people Who we always see around Our lives intersect And so we share this common ground But never give a damn About the impact of our lives On this beautiful vignette Of all these people passing by There’s more than meets the eye In people passing by

I don’t want to be your punchline I don’t want to be a god damn joke Im so tired of feigning laughter Don’t wanna be your anecdote I’ve got a thick skin, But underneath it stands on brittle bones I keep my distance With one arm I push But one pulls close I don’t wanna be a wet blanket I don’t wanna be a stick in the mud But I’m tired of saying nothing Cause when I do, you tell me I can’t take a punch I’ve got a thick skin But underneath It stands on brittle bones I keep my distance With once arm I push But one pulls close I’ve got a thick skin But underneath it Lies a burdened soul In my resistance I promise not to Let you go

Love is not something you fall into And it can’t be bought It is fought for It is the fight Love is war But it is right... When you fight for those who can’t When the world won’t understand Will you sing a peaceful song Until we all sing along Love is not something you can attain And it can’t be bought It is fought for But not in vain Love is war But don’t be afraid... When you fight for those who can’t When the world won’t understand Will you sing a peaceful song Until we all sing along Love is not something you fall into It can't be bought It is fought for It is the fight

about

This is a collection of demos I've recorded in my home with nothing more than an acoustic guitar, a midi keyboard and a microphone. It includes two brand new stand alone tracks with full instrumentation, four acoustic demos from upcoming projects, and one live track.
